Invastrong Relay Race

Time limit: 120 seconds.

Exercises:

1. Platform pull 200 kg 10 times2. Seated log lift 70 kg for 10 reps
3. Dumbbell lift with one hand only, 30 kg, 10 times

4. Throwing a 60 kg ball 5 times over a 160 cm bar.

Time limit 120 seconds

Groups of nosologies

We have classified injuries to create a level playing field for all participants.
This classification helps us better understand and support each veteran,
taking into account their specific needs and abilities.

Internal injuries and general condition [ H1, H2 ]

Practically healthy athletes with minor injuries and wounds

Athletes without amputations or severe limb injuries, but with significant internal organ damage, concussions, and barotrauma sustained in the last three years

Spinal injuries that affect gait and limit mobility

Wheelchair athlete or spinal injury resulting in paralysis of the lower limbs

Loss of vision by more than 80%

Minor injury to one arm (minor injuries to both arms) without functional impairment

Amputation or severe injury to one arm (affecting the functionality of the limb)

Amputation or severe injury to both arms, affecting limb function

Minor injury to one leg (minor injuries to both legs) without restriction of movement

Amputation (below the knee) or severe injury to one leg (limited mobility, injuries, and joint deformities in one leg)

Amputation (above the knee) of one leg

Amputation or severe injury to both legs (limited mobility, injuries and deformities of two joints on different legs)

Amputation of both legs above the knee

Amputation or a severe injury to one arm that affects the limb’s functionality, as well as amputation (below the knee) or a severe injury to one leg that limits mobility.

Registration deadline

Each country’s organizing committee must submit the national team roster (with specified disability groups and medical classifications) to the official email address: strongspiritsgames@gmail.com

 -Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the sending organizations.  Recommended list of hotels:

 -Each participant will receive:

a certificate of participation, a wristband for 3-day festival entry (for the athlete and one accompanying person), a personalized t-shirt from the organizers, promotional products from event partners, medical insurance coverage for injuries on the competition day.

 

Participants may wear branded clothing from their personal sponsors (shorts, belt, cap, socks). The official t-shirt from the organizers must be worn during event performance. During warm-ups, participants may wear clothing from their personal sponsors.

 

ONLY national flags may be carried by athletes during the opening and awards ceremonies!!!

 

Documents required by the accreditation commission:

A document confirming participation in combat operations (official standard format);

For injured or amputee participants: a certificate detailing the circumstances of the injury and a doctor’s statement on the functional condition or general health and the musculoskeletal system, including diagnosis.
