Rules for StrongFit Competition Complexes
During the “Rest / Transition to Next Exercise” phase, the athlete must present their personal scorecard to the station judge before starting the next exercise. Upon completion, the judge enters the official result into the scorecard, after which the athlete signs to confirm acceptance of the result. The athlete then moves to the next station.
During the designated “Rest / Transition to Next Exercise” period (120 seconds), the athlete must obtain the result from the previous station judge, prepare the equipment for the next station, and present the scorecard to the next station judge. The athlete is entitled to request a video review in case of a disputed decision, which must be clearly indicated in the scorecard. Appeals are handled in accordance with standard Strongman rules. A judge may provide a brief instruction before the start of the exercise. The timekeeper judge is responsible for issuing both the start signal and the “Rest / Transition to Next Exercise” signal in accordance with the competition schedule. Signals are given regardless of the athletes’ readiness on the field. After the official start signal, all activity at the station is the sole responsibility of the athlete.
Points are awarded for each competition station and recorded in the allstrongman.com scoring system. The overall ranking (based on two complexes and a total of eight exercises) will determine the winner of each weight category. Athletes will also receive “small medals” for individual events.
All events are conducted in accordance with the official Strongman Competition Rules.
