NOTE

Tyre flip for time

The tire starts in a vertical position at the start line. On the judge’s signal, the athlete pushes the tire forward. Once the tire lies flat on the ground, flips are counted.

The winner is the athlete who completes the required number of repetitions the fastest.

Athletes who fail to flip the tire the required number of times within the time limit will have their score determined by the number of flips completed.

Use of adhesives;

If the tire enters on an adjacent lane, the athlete is penalized 5 seconds

A flip is counted when the tire’s plane fully touches the floor.

Log-lift for reps

The projectile is on the floor. The athlete approaches the loaded projectile. At the referee’s signal, the athlete lifts it from the floor, securing it above the head (1 sec.).

Elbows and knees should be straightened, feet in one line. After the referee’s command, the athlete returns the projectile to its starting position.

The winner is the athlete who secures the most repetitions.

Belt loops.

Placing the projectile on the head.

Throwing the projectile behind.

Lowering the projectile not onto special mats.

In case of elbow joint injuries and inability to fully extend, the athlete must inform the judge before the attempt.

Farmer’s Carry

The projectiles are placed behind the starting line. On the judge’s signal, the athlete lifts the suitcases and covers 20-meter sections, navigating around markers.

The athlete who completes the designated distance in the shortest time wins. If the athlete does not finish within the time limit, the covered distance is recorded.

Using straps

Advancing the projectile along the track (the athlete receives a 5-second penalty for each attempt to advance)

The athlete is allowed to set the projectiles on the ground any number of times within the time limit.

Advancement is considered touching the track with the projectile while moving it more than 50 cm.

Axel dead lift for reps

The projectile is on the floor. The athlete approaches the loaded projectile and grabs it with any grip.

On the judge’s signal, the athlete stands up to full extension of the torso and knees, pulling the shoulders back. After the judge’s signal, the athlete returns the projectile to the starting position (S.P.) and performs the next repetition.

The winner is the athlete who records the most repetitions within the allotted time limit.

Using straps, suits;

Wrapping tape around fingers;

Bouncing off the platform;

Lowering or lifting the projectile before the judge’s signal.

The judge gives two commands: “UP” – when to lift, and “DOWN” – when to lower. A lift performed without a command is not counted. It is mandatory to accompany the projectile in hands when lowering to knee level.
