Nosology groups: H1, H2/S1, W1/W0, N1/N1.1, N2/N2.2, R0/R1 (dumbbell press).
The winner is the athlete who performs the highest number of barbell presses.
Time limit: 1 minute.
Participants in category S1 must perform the exercise blindfolded.

The winner is the participant who reaches 50 kcal the fastest. Time limit: 2 minutes (if the participant exceeds the time limit, the judges will record the number of meters covered).

Participants in R1 category perform the exercise with one arm. Participants in N2 category place both limbs on the footrests. Participants in N1 category may secure a prosthesis to the pedal.
Participants in N1.1 category perform the exercise with one limb on the footrest.
Participants in W1/W0/N2.2 category may perform the exercise using their arms while seated in a wheelchair in front of the machine.
Participants in S1 category must perform the exercise blindfolded.
Distances: 100 meters, 100 seconds.
Team rowing (team of 4 members in a group: men / women / mixed 2+2): distance per 100 seconds.
Nosology groups: H1, H2, N1, N1.1, N2, N2.2, R0, R1, R2, W1, W0, S1.
Participants in W1/W0/N2.2 category perform the exercise on the SkiErg machine.
Participants in N2 category may use a chair for support.
Participants in R1 category perform the exercise with one arm.
Participants in S1 category must perform the exercise blindfolded.

-Each participant will receive:
a certificate of participation, a wristband for 3-day festival entry (for the athlete and one accompanying person), a personalized t-shirt from the organizers, promotional products from event partners, medical insurance coverage for injuries on the competition day.
Participants may wear branded clothing from their personal sponsors (shorts, belt, cap, socks). The official t-shirt from the organizers must be worn during event performance. During warm-ups, participants may wear clothing from their personal sponsors.
ONLY national flags may be carried by athletes during the opening and awards ceremonies!!!
Documents required by the accreditation commission:
A document confirming participation in combat operations (official standard format);
For injured or amputee participants: a certificate detailing the circumstances of the injury and a doctor’s statement on the functional condition or general health and the musculoskeletal system, including diagnosis.
